Kukatpalli formed by settlers from various parts of coastal Andhra. Obviously people who live here are against to the state bifurcation. Hence, this region is a big vote bank for both Telugudesam party and YSRCP. This simple logic has produced some strange things in this area voters list.

Telugudesam party is trying to find the main head behind this scandal of eliminating almost 1 lakh voters from the list. As per rumors, on of local Congress MLA from Hyderabad had planned for this and got succeeded in making it reality to improve victory chances for congress here. However, on the other hand, TDP already communicated this with the Election commission of Andhra Pradesh and requested to re register voters of this part of Hyderabad.
