The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation's budget for 2014-15 year is likely to be delayed with differences cropping up between the standing committee members belonging to Congress and Majlis-IttehadulHYPERLINK "http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/topic/Majlis-Ittehadul-Muslimeen"Muslimeen(MIM) over the draft.Congress members boycotted the standing committee meeting scheduled to be held on Saturday stating that the MIM mayor has no moral right to introduce the draft when his tenure ends in a month's time. The Congress members said the budget should be introduced by Congress mayor, who might takeover in a month, as part of the power-sharing agreement between the two parties.
