AP has remains with 13 districts after the division of the state consists of three northern districts of Andhra, Rayalaseema districts 4 and 6 coastal districts of Andhra. There are rumors spread that numerologists suggest that 13 digits is not correct for AP. Gossip increased further in the new district as Rampachodvaram as headquarters after inclusion Telangana 7 mandals in AP.

There is a presumption that capital AP is between Krishna and Guntur districts. CBN has decided to capital through the Krishna river, but entirely in Guntur district. 29 people are selected as Capital region in Tadikonda and Mangalagiri Assembly segments. Although the capital is located in the district of Guntur district headquarters but is far from the capital.

Now the government is thinking of creating another district by including the capital region. According to Health Minister AP Kamineni Srinivas, Chief Minister is preparing plans for new neighborhood to include all the surrounding villages of Capital. Government plans to create a new district for better governance.
