Gali Janardhan Reddy gets bail. The Supreme Court had on Monday asked the CBI to reconsider the conditions imposed for granting bail to Gali in illegal mining case against his Obulapuram Mining Company (OMC).

The CBI has insisted on the court barring Gali to visit Bellary after coming out on bail and the remainder in Bangalore. Has made clear that it can not go abroad and have to report to the jurisdictional police station once a week. It has also been told not to threaten witnesses or destroy evidence.

The mining baron had applied for bail on grounds of ill health, among others.

Mining baron Gali Janardhan Reddy was granted bail if Obulapuram Mining by a Superior Court. However, Gali can not go to court although bail.
