Andhra Pradesh government, which wants to make their young to compete with students from top universities around the world, is moving to bring radical changes in the education system in order to make the graduates well equipped with all the skills necessary to take jobs in houses first qualifying business.

With the dual objective of introducing classification system engineering colleges and updating the curriculum in all technical institutes and engineering colleges to meet industry standards, the state government will be holding two key meetings in the next couple of days.

First meeting will be held by the Minister of Human Resources Development Ganta Srinivasa Rao with officials of the Department of Education in Vijayawada on Monday. The themes of the discussions would be bio-metric system in schools, the midday meal scheme and improving facilities in schools.

On December 18, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu N collect the opinions of the rectors of several universities on the government's decision to reform the education system.

E-learning in schools: the Minister of Human Resources Development Ganta Srinivasa Rao said in Guntur on Sunday that the e-learning system would be introduced in all schools across Andhra Pradesh.

The minister said the government would introduce a classification system engineering colleges. Those schools with grade c are ordered to be closed, while institutions b grade would be given an opportunity to improve structures.

The government, he said, was planning to launch cluster schools in each division of revenues in the state.
