The Election Commission of India has the inscription to the "Fiesta Janasena" as a political party under Section 29A of the Representation of the People Act 1951, with effect from 11/24/2014 Registration Number vide 0.56 / 118 / 2014 / PPS-Salí 11/28/2014.

The Electoral Commission has set aside the objections received to the registration of the party in response to the public notice published in the newspapers that try those objections as unsustainable.

The Election Commission has directed the party to follow and enforce the provisions under Section 29B and 29C of the Representation of the People Act 1951 that apply to all political parties.

The Electoral Commission has also indicated the easy availability of very different under provisions of paragraph 10B of Symbols (Reservation and Allocation) Order.

The party has already applied for registration for both states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana local body election purposes.
