Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh government on Monday announced that it has developed a compensation package for farmers whose land will be grouped for the construction of the capital city. To say that an elaborate exercise was carried to the device of a compensation package, N Chandrababu Naidu Chief Minister said his government strives to ensure that farmers get the best. In addition, 30,000 rupees compensation is awarded annually to the dry land, an increase of 3,000 rupees per year. The government would give a receipt for the land taken and the Certificate of Ownership of Land Pooling be issued to them, ensuring that the land would be developed within three years.

Naidu said a Social Security Fund capital region would be created for 12,000 families of agricultural workers and tenant farmers. Each family will be paid Rs 2,500 per month for 10 years.Government would build houses for the oppressed people in the villages, who have no homes.
