Actress Kushboo is all set to join the Congress Party today after leaving Karunanidhi DMK took a few months ago.

Actress joined the DMK four years ago. She, however, decided to leave DMK in June 2014 because of internal politics. The decision to Khusboo work for Congress surprised many as everyone expected she would pick either AIADMK or BJP.

Khushboo has been part of over 100 movies and beak. She shared screen space with all South superstars like Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, Chiranjeevi, Mammootty and Mohanlal.

Known for being the one who follows his heart, Khushboo discussed in pre-marital sex in an interview to a magazine in 2005 stirred enormous controversy. She has a relief with the Supreme Court dismissed 22 cases filed against him in 2010.
