L & T Metro Rail Company Ltd has on Saturday agreed to change the alignment of metro train, who insisted Telangana government.

Announcing this to media persons here on Saturday, Hyderabad Metro Rail MD NVS Reddy said the chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was keen to develop Hyderabad as a world class city and has directed officials to expedite the Metro Rail work underground railway works.

It is also believed that the Prime Minister had asked L & T Metro Rail Company Ltd to solve all the complicated problems in an efficient manner.

Reddy said the government of Telangana has agreed to bear the additional costs that will be incurred due to changes in alignment.
