Lokayukta on Wednesday issued notices of Andhra Pradesh Government for violation of power distribution agreements.

The Lokayukta sought an explanation from Government AP by 19 January in which power supply to the state of Telangana stopped abruptly.

The warnings were issued following a petition filed by advocate Telangana Janardan Goud stating that the AP government's decision to stop the power supply to the TS was not at all justified and sought to get AP for restoration.
