Ritu Varma, who shot to fame after her short film Anukokunda, was screened at Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner is pretty kicked about her debut release. Talking about her character, Ritu says, "I play a bubbly and a lively college girl in this film and my life transforms in a serious girl character after encountering an experience.Although it's my debut film, my character has different shades and I'm pretty lucky to bag such a role.

Ritu, who is also looking forward to her second release, will be seen as a fashion designer in the romantic entertainer directed by Pavan Sadineni. "I play a fashion designer and it's an urbane chic role. My character has been etched well and I'm completely in awe of it. I'm sure the audience would love it", signs off Ritu.
