CHENNAI: Superstar Rajinikanth starring "Lingaa", scheduled for release on his birthday on December 12, is a Telugu film starring Chiranjeevi, "unauthorized copying" a producer said Madras High Court.

M / s Balaji Studios Private Ltd, Saligramam, Chennai, said he had bought the Telugu film "Indra" starring Chiranjeevi and Sonali Bindre. He said that all film rights were purchased in 2010 and intended to remake in Tamil soon.
